 Christie Voss Christie Voss is a Partner with Aligned Leadership Group. For more than twenty-five years, Christie has served as a leadership and organizational consultant to mid-size and Fortune 500 companies. What began as a commitment to helping companies and individuals through organizational turnaround resulted in a highly successful leadership practice focused on developing high performing teams and creating dramatic change in organizations and leaders - attracting top executives from major corporations across the country. Prior to merging with Aligned Leadership Group in 2005, Christie founded Key Organizational Strategies, an internationally known consulting firm specializing in leadership development, change management and performance consulting. Founded in 1997, Key Organizational Strategies clients included Coca-Cola, Delta and Ciba Vision among many others. Christie began her career in business consulting with Arthur Andersen where she worked with numerous organizations in the design and implementation of business improvements. Christie holds a M.A. in Organizational Communication, is a member of the Georgia Coaches Association and International Coach Federation, and has extensive training and certifications in numerous industry leading executive coaching and leadership programs including: Peter Senge's 5 Disciplines of Organizational Learning, Daryl Conner's Managing Organizational Change methodology, Breakthrough Coaching International's executive coaching process, Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Dr. Roosevelt Thomas' diversity approach, DiSC and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Christie resides in Atlanta and enjoys writing, speaking and water skiing.
