How Executive Coaching Works
- Agree on overall outcomes of coaching.
- Define the coaching relationship.
- Using your organization's standard assessments or our own instruments, assess the individual's style and capability.
- Integrate the data to create relevance for the individual.
- Produce a results-oriented coaching plan.
- Based on the need, we schedule a series of on-going conversations (typically 2–3 per month) that focus on increasing awareness, shifting mindset, heightening accountability, and building capability. As a result, the performance objectives are met.
- Using Aligned Leadership Group's Results TrackerTM, the individual tracks results against the defined performance objectives.
- This data is also used (when agreed upon) to update management on progress.
